Same Old Tottenham

First game of the new Premier League season……and….we lost, as we tend to do against the big teams.

We played Manchester United, in Manchester, which is no easy task, but we beat Chelsea at Chelsea’s home ground last year by 5 goals to 3.

The reason for our oh so frequent shit performances, playing quite well, but still not winning games regularly, I think is this;

We have a brilliant team made up of brilliant players. Where we’re going wrong is our tactics and formations. We also sold two of our best players in recent years – Gareth Bale to Real Madrid for 100 million euris, and Steven Caulker to Cardiff City for substantially less than that. Bale provided goals goals and more goals, amazing technique, speed and talent. Caulker provided the solid defensive ability that we’ve been lacking so much ever since the legend himself Ledley King retired (best central defender in English football ever!).

This is the player lineup and formation that I believe will take us far;

RB-Yedlin          CB-Chiriches          CB-Rose          LB-Davies

RM-Lamela                              LM-Chadli

ST-Kane                    ST-Soldado

DO THIS, POCHETTINO, ya traditionalist mug!
